Driver application privacy

BARD Transport INC uses your phone number and uploaded CDL to receive and review your driver application. Your CDL may contain your name, license number, photo, birth date, address and license dates.

Phone verification confirms access to that number. It does not confirm identity, qualifications or eligibility. A recruiter reviews your application before importing it into our candidate records. Automated extraction suggests CDL details for human review; it does not make a hiring decision.

Files are stored privately in BARD’s application infrastructure. Authorized recruiting staff can review them. The phone number and a staff-only review link are included in an internal Telegram notification. Application files are not attached to that initial notification. BARD’s configured providers process hosting, storage, SMS verification and document extraction. The security check sends a browser challenge token and your IP address to Cloudflare; your CDL and phone number are not sent to Cloudflare by that check.

Applications that are never imported are removed from active application storage after 90 days. Imported information follows the existing candidate-record policy. Provider backups and messages already delivered to Telegram may remain under those systems’ retention policies.

The checkbox authorizes verification texts for this application, including resends you request. It is not an agreement to receive marketing texts. Message/data rates may apply.
